Terms and Conditions for February "Month of Love" Charity Donation:
For every contract written with me in the month of February, a donation of up to $1,000 of the base commission paid to VMC real estate will be made to client's preferred charity. The maximum donation amount is $1000 per contract regardless of the contract value. The donation will be made at the end of the month, after all contracts have been closed. The recipient charity will be selected by client, and can be changed at my discretion. By entering into a contract with me during the month of February, you agree to these terms and the donation made on your behalf to your designated charity.These terms are subject to change at my discretion. By accepting these terms, the client agrees that the donation cannot be refunded or used as a credit for any future services.
